Landmark SAS HOA was created from a simple belief, every successful community deserves informed decisions, trusted partnerships, and a commitment to long-term value.

How we got here

Our journey began with Landmark Strategies & Solutions, a technology advisory firm helping businesses navigate telecommunications, connectivity, infrastructure, and vendor management.

For years, we worked across multiple industries, helping clients evaluate providers, negotiate contracts, reduce costs, and implement technology solutions aligned with their operational goals. Through relationships with hundreds of service providers nationwide, we developed a unique understanding of the challenges organizations face when selecting the right partners.

As our experience grew, we recognized a significant opportunity within the residential community market. HOAs, Condominium Associations, Property Management Companies, and Community Developers were facing the same challenges as businesses, but often without access to independent expertise.

Communities were making critical decisions about fiber infrastructure, internet services, security technologies and more, decisions often driven by providers selling their own solutions rather than advisors focused on the community's best interests.

That's when Landmark SAS HOA was born.
